In the position of Curriculum Design Department Leader for SPSP i was responsible for the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation of 3D Interactive Technical Training Programs of Instruction (POIs) for a population of learners in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Desalination and Mining Industries in Saudi Arabia.I produced a "proof of concept" prototype curriculum model for SPSP en route to a fully integrated instructional design digital platform inclusive of 3D Computer Generated Models, Animation and CGI together with photographic and Video assets captured on site or in a workshop environment.These innovative curricula assets are designed to support and emphasise a "visual curricula" design ethos that provides the student with dynamic, engaging and highly effective learning opportunities.This multi modal approach to populating POI with exciting digital assets shifts the learning away from complicated technical English language to an easy to understand library of image driven tutorials.These POI will be managed on a Learner Management System (LMS) and have the capacity to migrate to a Virtual Reality Learning Environment (VRLE).
