Current- Communicate critical lab results to care teams within a 30 minute turn-around window with a department success rate of 99.8%.- Coordinate revisions to policy and procedure documentation, including creating a new specimen registration procedure document that has been utilized across the Hartford HealthCare network. - Address requests for pathology reports while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.- Identify incorrect or missing data in SunQuest Callback database and correct entries through collaboration with IT department.- Organize phone lists and quick reference sheets for exceptions to standard callback policies.- Train and mentor new hires in policies and procedures.
