About Steve Struble

As a Vistage Chair, I empower Chief Executive Officers and senior business leaders to achieve better results and become more effective leaders. I am committed to creating a trusted environment where leaders can grow personally and professionally, contributing to each other’s success and that of the broader Charlotte area community. To chair the group, I draw on a combined 43-year military and corporate career that includes experience as the Commanding Officer of a nuclear submarine, Commodore of a submarine squadron, and various senior corporate leadership roles in the power industry. I also draw on 65+ years of Vistage Worldwide in supporting CEO peer groups. Member companies, on average, double their growth rate after joining a Vistage Group like ours.I collaborate with a select group of local CEOs and business owners by chairing a private peer advisory board. We convene monthly in a carefully selected group who own and lead businesses, working to help each other grow by becoming better leaders and decision-makers. I also conduct private monthly one-to-one sessions with each member to explore their personal goals and challenges, and help them navigate these issues in a confidential and unbiased fashion, anchored in an environment of deep trust, caring, challenge and growth.Vistage membership is by invitation only. Selection is based on resonant values, experience/expertise and ability to contribute to and balance out our group, ROI for the candidate, and accountability to put insights into action. If a group of high integrity, action oriented peers helping each other with their toughest challenges appeals to you, please connect with me to discuss whether the group might be a fit for you.steve.struble@vistagechair.com704-575-6901http://vistage.com/chairs/steven.strubleFocus Areas:• CEO peer advisory board facilitation• Leadership development• Business development
