I manage the workload of a team of 8 other designers, and lead the collaborative design direction of our internal design system as well as the development of our UI component library and CSS framework. I am lucky to work with a great team of talented and diverse designers and developers.

Worked on a web based product called TCA (Transaction Cost Analysis) that helps large financial institutions evaluate their trading. In this role, I focused on the user experience of the product, worked with a team to manage the development of both internal and external reporting systems/reports, and communicated requirements/business logic to the development team. I played a central role in the design of the latest online reporting interface, designed the client quarterly reports, internal interfaces used to create quarterly reports and perform complex database updates, and worked on numerous other internal projects.

Defined Loud Feed's iterative incremental development process by creating milestones for the Loud Feed product. Was in charge of User Experience for the Loud Feed product and managed consulting projects including user interface design and usability testing.

Designed and oversaw the implementation of an automated quarterly reporting system. Prepared and delivered transaction cost analysis reports to management of top tier national brokerage firms. Formated large data files and created batch processed to load files delivered to ITG into the TCA application, and performed error checking, quality control and analysis of the of loaded data. Created custom reports by querying a SQL database for clients with needs outside of the reporting system. Managed relationships with clients and trained them to use the TCA application.

Managed daily activity of cases, case schedules, and workload of temporary paralegals. Reviewed documents for production, deposition preparation, and prepared dispositive pleadings and coordinated large-scale document productions with outside vendors. Organized, tagged and hosted electronic documents in databases for attorney review using Concordance and Ipro.
