My role also involves assisting with programmes, stock management as well as scheduling and purchasing materials. returning to Modular to assist the design department in drawing up and coordination of the information required to manufacture the numerous projects in a timely manner.

Looking after all aspects of design required to build a fully functioning en-suite off-site for the hotels and student accommodation in a temporary capacity.

I take care of all aspects of CAD design relating to providing re-rurbished / new build modular buildings, social housing and holiday homes. Drawings range from initial space plans right up to detailed layouts to help plan and visualise our proposals. Being a relatively small company all of us take a fair share in estimating, bid management, project management and cost planning all working toward the same goals.

I worked closely with the business development managers to detail layout plans from which an acurate estimate could be based. I would then develop the layout as the project progressed ready for manufacture.

In my time at Britspace I concentrated mainly on the contnual development of the McDonald's Restaurants contract helping to build between 35-45 drive thru's a year.
