OfficePOD was originally conceived as a purpose made/optimum office for one; an alternative corporate real estate solution where PODs would be leased direct to the employer and given to staff to work at home. Creating spaces that would move with the user, or be handed over to a new user. We wanted to break the cycle of build-and-dispose that is the traditional fare of a traditional real estate strategy.As it happens, we do make great spaces, but we now know that our spaces have even more to offer that first thought. Our PODs can be whatever you want them to be and they can go, pretty much, wherever you want them to. And of course, the environmental issues place greater pressures on us to make better use of every single resource.
