While I was running and developing Energy Generation Systems, LLC I was working on the side as a designer and project manager for the parent company of Engen; Trinity Construction, LLC. Since Energy Generation Systems close in 2018 I transferred to Trinity Construction Full time as Office Director and Project Manager. I have been designing anything from Residential Decks to complete Commercial office fit outs. Trinity Construction is a residential and commercial construction company and I have been involved in all aspects of the company including; designing, estimating, contract writing, contract negotiations, selling, permitting, purchasing, project coordination, project management, invoicing, and company management.

I started Energy Generation Systems as the Director of Operations with two other friends. I was responsible for the initial company development, generating business contacts, developing company policies, procedures and goals, HR policies and procedures including the company employee manual. I was responsible for solar path analysis, initial designs, contracts, obtaining new clientele, permits to IRC and NEC standards scheduling, planning out the installation of the systems and assign installation team.Developed our reputation to work in commercial installations with; Panasonic, Martifer, Solar City, Safari and Gerlicher and others, installing systems ranging in size from 200kw to 6MW. As our company grew I also became responsible for; new hires and the HR side of employment with the company. Company liaising between our company and our client companies, payroll, Health and Safety/OSHA responsibilities, Permits and licensing, Project Development and Management and company development and management. I have taken our company from concept into a national company working from CA to FL and ME and everywhere in between in four years. Also, through our sister company, Trinity Construction Group, I have also had responsibilities to design architectural designs for residential and commercial projects and assist in the project management, estimation and contract creation.

Designing and Planning commercial and residential Solar PV installations. Coordinating with engineers and clients the design and pre installation portion of the projects including Township meetings, permit applications and interconnectivity applications.

Interior architectural design projects from bathrooms to additions. generate contracts, schedules and all pre planning required for the excecution of successful home renovations. I also supported the sales staff, held coordination meetings with the interior project management team and external project management teams. I also assisted in the external project management. I designed web sites for the clients so they could access and view the stage of their project.
