I have responsibility for resource & project scheduling, capacity planning, Disaster Recovery, managing 3rd party vendors (contract negotiations, monitoring performance against SLA’s etc), budget planning and control, liaison/escalation point for business stakeholders, line management of team and identifying/introducing best practices.
