My role included operating model design and writing detailed formal responses to the bid-evaluation questions asked by the 23 CCGs. I developed the strategy and implementation plan for mobilisation and transition of services from the incumbent NHS provider that was in the process of dissolution. Mouchel delivered a safe transition and implemented a successful transformation to my new operating model for business operations, ICT and Business Intelligence services.Developed a new target operating model and org design to leverage capability, utilise technology, increase service effectiveness and reduce costs for UNITY (Mouchel’s JV with Oldham Council).
