I am a Chartered Safety and Health Professional with over two decades of experience working with organisations of all sizes and industries. I currently work for the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) as Health, Safety and Wellbeing Lead.Having worked and managed in highly competitive business and NGO environments I have a strong understanding of the needs of modern business, its workers and stakeholders. I have led a number of major development and servicing projects - highlights include implementation of new auditing technology in a consultancy environment resulting in significant process efficiency gains as well as leading a £150k project auditing health, safety and facilities issues throughout major London boroughs.My specialist skills include implementing and managing H&S and Quality Management Systems to ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards, with some crossover to ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 27001 Information Security. I am a trained QHS auditor, with advanced skills in MS Office 365 programs.I have strong people skills, am efficient, level-headed, approachable and employ emotional intelligence.
