Integration team Solution Architect in UKG

Part of the Operations team in Adaptive Mobile where I've worked on designing, integrating, testing, launching and supporting products aroung the world over multiple bearers including SMS, E-mail, MMS and Web.The main responsibilities of my role are:- Ensuring that the purpose and requirements of the solution are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders and determining how these are going to be achieved- Resolving complex functional and integration design issues by working with the customer and with other teams internally in Adaptive- Perform the role of technical lead on more than one project at a time- Engage with the Sales team in the pre-sales cycle to review technical solution descriptions and advise on other aspects of the technical sale- Prepare and execute customer facing ATP and drive the resolution of issues arising- Installation and configuration of OS and application- Integration and testing of application on customer networks and labs- Customer training- Product launch- Problem Solving and troubleshooting- Providing handover and technical assistance to the Support team
