- Manage the CareCredit product for New Zealand, with special focus on growing the presence of CareCredit in New Zealand.- I was successful in increasing annual revenue from $nil to $7million during my tenure.- I developed strong relationships with health providers including Dentists ,Lasik Eye surgeons,Optometrists and Vets and helped make treatment more affordable for New Zealanders.

- Managed a Team of 16 Outbound Sales people in a Contact Centre enviroment specialising in Credit Cards together with Insurance Premium funding and Refinancing of Motor Vehicle Residuals.- Managed 3 remote employees in Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch- Successfully led a project for Westpac in proactivley calling customers who had requested a Balance transfer and by outbound calling and offering a counter offer was successful in retaining over 80 % of business. Mastercard USA came to visit and wanted to learn how we did this process and were to adopt as a best practice.
