I graduated in Hong Kong Polytechnic University major in Finance and Accounting . After graduation , I joined and took up my job in Professional Accountancy Firm . Main duties involved in :-(1) Carrying out audit in various types on companies .(2) Accountancy work for companies .(3) Prepared financial statements , audit report and related taxation papers after audit .Financial Controller in Hong Kong Council of Social Services : (1) Responsible for control of financial matters of Council .(2) Preparation of budgets for Council .(3) Prepare statements to apply funding from Social Welfare Department , Community Chest of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Jockey Club .(4) Payroll preparation and apply to Government for funding of backpay for employees as our Council salaries structure were in line with the Hong Hong Civil Government Services .(5) When I first joined Hong Kong Council of Social Services , I coordinated with the Programme Department to implement and set up a very sophisticated computerized accounting system to substitute to manual system used in the past .Accountancy Work in a family business in UK.After retirement in UK , serve as member of Conservative Party both in England and Wales . Also member of Institute of Goverment in Wales until now .
