As Graduate Assistant Director of the University of Memphis Center for Writing and Communication, I was responsible for overseeing fifteen graduate tutors, making sure the general flow of operations were running smoothly. In addition to this, I was also responsible for departmental outreach which included giving presentations to classes across disciplines about the services we offer, building a rapport with department chairs, constructing and overseeing an annual lecture series for the greater Memphis community, and transitioning our services to an online platform during the outbreak of COVID-19.
