Zymergen partners with nature to bring novel products to market more quickly, more reliably and at a higher performance (cost, functionality) level than alternative production paths. I led the team focused on identifying, developing and commercializing products across multiple industries. Focus on leading work in Agriculture, Packaging and Food as well as novel materials outside Electronics. These products cover internal pipeline and partnerships. Our team led multiple significant partnerships and commercialization efforts across North America, Europe and Asia, and delivered ~50% of company revenues ($M's each year).

Vocate was an online career center attempting to fulfill the brand promise where schools fall short. I worked closely with the marketing and sales teams and helped develop investment materials.

I led multiple project teams simultaneously across different client engagements. Focused on helping Technology clients with strategic and go-to-market issues and operational transformations. I have worked with clients on:- Building new businesses with both nascent startups and within larger corporate environments- Developing go-to-market strategy, including the role of digital throughout the customer journey, channel strategy, sales team effectiveness and other topics- Operational transformations and M&A, from diligencing potential acquisitions through to executing and capturing over $1B in savings on multiple occassions with multiple companies- Product development efforts resulting in procurement and customer support savings of over $100M without affecting customer satisfaction; avoided capex of over $100M in another situation and others- I have also worked with clients in Energy, Water and Agriculture with significant commercial and operational impact in these sectors
