Refurbishment to Cat A on 7 floors and 3 basements totalling 110,000 sq ft of office space. Office fit out included 7 lifts, 3 stairs cores and lobbies, new male and female WC's, complete with new services installation, ceilings, floors and floor finishes. Reception was structurally altered to create double height space with full height glazed entrance screen and revolving doors.

6.5m in 23 weeks The project involved the fit out of 4 floors, ground and basement levels from a new build shell.space included client meeting rooms, dining and lecturing facilities, and fee earner office space fitted out to a high finish with european oak veneers. The building has 2 cores, each with its own escape stair and service risers.

Working for Fit-Out , Hugo Boss New Head office 13million 24weeks project. JP Morgan Data Floor in Central London, Credit Suisse Data Centre 149 million in Slough. Project Managed second phase of Credit Suisse Disaster Recovery Data Hall 12 million 8 weeks.

The project involved the fit out of new headquarter offices for both French Connection (30,000 sq ft) and Hugo Boss (34,500 sq ft) in awarehouse office development. Works included raised flooring, double-glazed metal- framed windows, and high quality finishes throughout.
