Stephen has been Executive Director of the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association since 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration degree and a diploma in Corporate Management. He is a Senior Executive with more than ten years’ experience leading industry associations in a senior management role. He has a proven record of achievement at Federal and State levels of government with lobbying and political liaison. He has strategic and practical experience in the development and implementation of industry policy on contentious industry issues, together with responsibility for day-to day and financial management of organisations. Other skills include project management skills, corporate governance, implementation of business plans and management of staff. He has extensive media experience and presentation skills demonstrated by numerous media interviews and public presentations in support of organizational objectives.
