Assist the President in business relating to revenue. Design and implementation of all fundraising activities. Meet the goals of the annual budget. Responsible for expanding and management of monthly giving program. Manages all strategies and activities for donor and community cultivation, solicitation, and relations. Oversee all grant writing initiatives including research, federal, foundations and corporate proposals. Designs and oversees the production of all major publications, including newsletters, website design, collateral material to promote the agency’s fundraising goals and activities. Produce and host the one-hour television program on Christian television.

Assistant to the ninth president of America's oldest continuously operating Gospel rescue mission founded in 1877. In addition to executing daily projects for our president I am successfully leading the business development initiatives to meet three and five year plans for growth. I am responsible for increasing name recognition in the Chicago metropolitan area by producing the weekly one hour television show recorded on location here, developing public relations and launching online content marketing. All of these initiatives resulting in positive outcome are part of an aggressive strategic plan to engage support for Pacific Garden Mission.

Three years after taking office of President (1990-2000), I implemented a strategic business model resulting in growth from $1 million to $11 million in revenue. This turnaround strategy for profitable growth was successfully implemented in other corporations using the same innovation driven business model.
