Global Head of Risk & AnalyticsResponsible for:- Global Front Office and Risk Technology and Change team of 2,000 employees covering all aspects of trading and risk management, front to back, across all asset classes (Rates, Equities, Credit, FX, Emerging Markets, Commodities and Securitised Products), both flow and exotics, as well as Credit/Counterparty Risk and Client Capital Management.- Barclays TRANSFORM programme replacing legacy business-aligned technology with a single, consistent, cutting-edge cross-asset derivatives and securities platform while achieving substantial cost savings; covering generation of valuations and risk, pricing, "big data" warehouse and analytics, integration of quantitative analytics, market data, margin and clearing, portfolio metrics (RWA, CVA, ...), graph technology and cloud.
