Overall responsiblity for operational control and strategic direction of the operating company developing, owning and managing data centre in Bangkok, Thailand. Duties included governance, business modelling. regulatory compliance, financial control, staffing and manging the development process.

Responsible for market strategy including research into new country markets, identifying and securing opportunities, identifying and securing local partners, the sourcing and purchase of land, debt funding, securing customers and pricing strategies, sourcing local delivery partners (consultants and contractors), and government liaison. Provide oversight to the development and construction process including land acquisition and due diligence, securing of power, contractor/consultant selection and appointment, overall schedule, cost, contracts and risk. .
