($2.4M)Buckeye is a Spotless solution that was redeveloped to be a Cloud solution, providing Patient and Meal Management software for hospitals and schools. Joining the team at the end of the project to guide the troubled project through the testing and vendor management required to gain acceptance and contractual closure.3) Bid management - Provide IS input to the bid responses, including detailing the functional solution and associated costings to implement. The bid response was to Commonwealth Department of Immigration and Citizenship to facilitate those in detention centres being moved into community housing and associated services.4) Project manager for the Testing and Data Migration streams on a Business transformation program to implement SAP across the Spotless business sectors.
