Coached defensive backs and placed at least one DB on the All-District team each year I worked at Nimitz (2017-2022). As Recruiting Coordinator, helped over 90 student athletes get college scholarships. EVERY senior football player each year received a scholarship from 2017-2022.

Coached Defensive Backs the last two seasons at Pickering High School in Leesville, La. Team made playoffs the last two seasons after not making it in the last ten. Defensive Backs have made Leesville Leader newspaper Player of the Week 10 times out of a possible 20 games. This award is competitive among three area high schools.Have had three defensive backs obtain football scholarships the last two seasons.Led the District in total interceptions, #2 in passing yards allowed per catch and per game last two seasons.Two All-State players, 5 All-Parish, and 6 All-District players last two seasons.

Successfully conceived and developed the Prairie View A&M University Academic Enhancement Program. Built state-of-the-art computer laboratory on Prairie View's campus, to meet the goals of NASA, NCAA, and PVAMU. Program was recognized at the NCAA Convention (Nashville, TN) for the unique cooperative agreement that I was able to negotiate between government (NASA), business (Compaq), and education (PVAMU). Overall GPA of all student athletes (all sports) rose to 3.00. Football players increased their overall GPA from 2.30 to 2.79.

Founded Full Circle Management (FCM) Group in December of 1992 to secure a professional football contract for my younger brother. The Center for the Advancement of Science, Engineering, and Technology (CASET) was a Department of Defense research project, located on-site at the NASA-Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston, TX. Oversaw, funded, and managed over 50 research studies at universities, high schools, and elementary schools across the United States to determine the components that contributed to the dearth of women and minorities in the fields of science, engineering, and technology (SET). Evaluated various proposals submitted by renown scholars and researchers from across the country. Selected the top studies that provided the best potential research data for the Department of Defense's (DoD's) research needs.Read thousands of scholarly papers, dissertations, and other publications for valid research in the areas of interest to the DoD and logged this information into a database.Compiled all the information gathered in this five-year study and co-wrote technical paper submitted to the DoD. This research paper was ultimately published in various scientific journals.

Starting defensive back for Grey Cup Champion Saskatchewan Roughriders in 1989. Selected as Big Brother of the Year by Big Brothers and Big Sisters Program of Regina, Saskatchewan.

Signed with Cleveland right out of college. Had a season-ending injury in training camp and was released.
