Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations involving readily identifiable problems and assists in the planning of large scale projects through vendor comparison and cost studies. Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving desktop related issues. Including PC imaging, anti-virus installation, patch management, mobile device management and VPN setup and deployment.
