Operations And Facilities Team Leader
CurrentIn this role I successfully manage day to day activities of the plastics and assembly areas around priorities, workflow and resourcing. I accurately identify and implement relevant work orders to rectify quality non-conformances with work order instructions and assist supervising manufacturing activities.My duty is to regularly conduct inbound quality inspections and report and analyse non-conformance of product against agreed specifications to internal teams and suppliers. I also conduct regular hazard and risk assessments of the workplace, as required. My task is to support Customer Service and Commercial team with product queries, as required. In the course of my duties, I thoroughly plan all items to be made and assembled through plastics and assembly. I conduct quality inspections and audit on incoming new products against agreed specifications. I strongly support After Sales and Customer Service team with warranty part identifications, as required. Finally, I liaise closely with logistics team to ensure seamless operations and meeting the customers’ requirements.Key Achievements:• Successfully ensured all reasonably practicable steps were undertaken to provide a safe and healthy workplace through an understanding of the hazards and risks associated with the workplace.• Ensured all workers, including contractors were adequately trained and supervised to meet job requirements.
