My prior role was in an SME, producing the management accounts for several businesses split over two legal entities and providing Group reporting to our parent.Previous to this, I worked as Head of Finance and IT in a charity, producing all management and statutory accounts, and supplying financial information and advice to management and the Board of Trustees during the peak of the Covid pandemic.I have Head Office experience in a manufacturing business where I produced the Group management accounts and Board reporting and managed Group services for audit, banking, insurance and pensions. I also provided commercial and accounting advice to subsidiary companies. I have strong analytical and financial modelling skills and forecasting/budgeting experience. I also possess good communication skills that I use to provide understandable financial information and advice to all levels of the business that require it.

My primary role was to provide financial and commercial support to each subsidiary of the Group as necessary, produce and review the consolidated management accounts for the Group and support the preparation of management reporting to the senior team and shareholders.
