As a Staff Scientist in the Computational Biology and Application groups I am intimately involved in development and implementation of 10x technology to solve the most fundamental biological questions. I am an active member of teams which work with our emerging Spatial and Single Cell products. I also lead and coordinate collaborations with both academic.

Our group uses both molecular and quantitative techniques to unravel the genetic basis of cerebrovascular disease. There are three major project that drive this research. 1)Investigation of how genetic variation can drive epigenetic changes in the vasculature to predispose patients to risk for vascular disease.2)Using gene expression and network.

• Use both molecular and quantitative techniques in to unravel the complexities of common genetic diseases such as stroke, cardiovascular disease, and osteoporosis.

• Worked as a Research Scientist on the Reproducability Project: Cancer Biology (https://osf.io/e81xl/). Worked in a cross-functional environment with both the Center for Open Science and Science Exchange to efficiently.
• Responsible for development and publication of analysis plans, both molecular and statistical, following the Registered Report model. All Registered Reports are published in eLife.
• Provided technical support for replicating labs in a variety of molecular biochemical techniques.
• Analyzed experimental data from a wide range of assays, while adhering to a strict set of statistical guidelines, which ensured proper interpretation of the data.
• Responsible for interpretation and publication of experimental results. All results are published in eLife (https://elifesciences.org/collections/reproducibility-project-cancer-biology).

Worked to unravel the genetic and molecular basis of circadian rhythm disorders including Smith-Magenis syndrome.

Investigated the genetic, genomic and functional drivers of Smith-Magenis syndrome and Smith-Magenis syndrome-like disorders.

I worked as part of the quantity control team to manufacture small interfering RNA oligos. My focus was on purification of oligos and quality evaluation via MALDI Mass Spec. Our team's production grew exponentially during my tenure.
