Welfare support to all personnel and their families within the unit including support to families of bereaved soldiers.• Project and systems manager for the installation of a unit wide Wi-Fi system to enable all personnel to have Wi-Fi within their accommodation.• Project and systems manager for the installation and management of a training classroom, including a projection and interactive white board system.• Successful pass to an exceptional standard of two annual audits on all systems.• Ran and completed a unit cohesion exercise including an after event social function.

Finance and Systems Administrator From 2004 - 20073 Battalion Royal Electrical and Mechanical EngineersAppointed to ensure that all Public and Non Public funds are maintained within current Regulations. Running and giving guidance on all budgetary issues to the Chain of Command. Being the focal point for all financial and administrative advice for up to 700 personnel of a front line Infantry Battalion. Ensuring that all welfare funding prior to Operations is made available to the unit to enable the families of those soldiers deployed are well supported in all areas. Additional to my day to day responsibilities I was also tasked with the management of the SSAFA welfare account for Paderborn Garrison supporting over 3000 families.Key Achievements• The successful passing of three annual finance inspections to a high standard.• Commendation from the Brigade Commander on all efforts achieved on Rear party in support of the families.
