I am reliable and hard working with a positive attitude in both my personal and working life. With over 35 years experience in construction industry as a concrete finisher doing all types of concreting from structural, residential, commercial, industrial, civil and decorative. I consistently deliver a high level of service, expertise and quality work. I have worked in teams and as a team leader, in roles of supervisor and leading hand. I effectively communicate at all levels and to a diverse range of cultures. I am able to meet and achieve business demands, ensuring quality standards are met at all times. I have a vast knowledge of concrete, formwork and steel. I have further advanced my skills with 2 and half years working in the Oil and Gas Industry for Saipem Australia, managing a 1,100 man workers camp for almost 2 years. On closure of the Camp 1, I moved into the Pre-Commissioning/Hydro-Testing stage of the Gas Pipeline as Supervisor, until the end of the Project.
