This project has been nominated for the 2013 Premiers Award and Auststab 2013 Excellence Award.• As Project Development Manager, Stephen, played a central role in the development of the Pacific Hwy Upgrade on two projects (Oxley Hwy to Kempsey- 38 km and Woolgoolga to Wells Crossing- 28km). He managed the study area, route options, EA and Preferred Concept.• Stephen developed and managed the construction of 12 concrete bridge replacements and the reconstruction of over 60km of the regional road network.
