Responsible for the contract administration and delivery of all aspects of Facility Management for Charter Hall’s Western Australian commercial and industrial property portfolio, a portfolio comprising 8 commercial office building, including ground floor retail totalling some 160,000 sqm and 6 industrial facilities totalling in excess of 235,000 sqm.In this role I am responsible for the management, education and succession planning for my team of 7 FM's and 3 Senior FM’s. I also provide portfolio wide strategic management and technical support and have recently completed major services tenders for Cleaning, Mechanical, Fire and Electrical disciplines. Show less

Built in 1973 this 30,000 SqM commercial building, located on St George’s Tce, Perth’s main CBD street has retained it's A grade rating through the implementation of a strategic capital upgrade program supported by a planned preventive maintenance program.
