I managed the capital system processes at the plant along with providing leadership, technical knowledge, organization, and planning for the plant's capital management.Worked with the site project and global engineering managers to deliver site capital forecasts.Coached others in the funding of appropriations, site AE's and expense Internal Orders to deliver cost savings, innovation, and site improvements while meeting or exceeding key business objectives.Responsible for developing and maintaining capital systems enabling the site to maintain or improve key stewardship, capital management, legal, fixed asset, and forecast metrics.Responsible for managing all capital activities at the site including monthly spend and forecasting reviews with site engineers, Engineering Manager, Site Finance Controller and with the Plant Manager.Prepare short- and long-range capital and expense forecasts and manage quarterly spending accuracy versus forecasts. Responsible for site quarterly capital forecasting and accuracy with Global Engineering.Managed capital assets at the site working closely with site Capital Accountant in the creation, auditing, and disposal of company assets.Responsible for routing funding, asset transfer, and asset disposal documents for approvals based on the companies Delegation of Authority standard.I also manage the storeroom with 2 direct reports maintaining an annual $1,000,000.00 inventory value.Implemented a daily cycle count audit to improve inventory accuracy. Scored 100% on monthly Finance spot check audits. 25 random locations were checked out of 2200 locations for inventory location and accuracy.Led and managed annual Wall to Wall inventory audits. Supervised by outside auditors with no findings. Last year's Wall to Wall audit delivered a .001% difference between the beginning and ending value on $1MM.Worked extensively with site maintenance planners to improve storeroom inventory levels.I was the site purchase to payment leader.
