Remove form from freshly poured concrete, or remove concrete by organizing breaking of sections. Place and vibrate concrete in horizontal/vertical forms. Responsibilities for movement of material at specified time to a specified area, using all machinery necessary to get the task completed. Forklift operation, scissor lift, man lift, as well as directing crane movements. Demolition of walls and any other material with precision utilizing Plans or supervisors issued changes.

Documenting and submitting monthly quality reports, planning, preforming quality audits of design and construction activities, attending progress and quality meetings, performing and coordinating root cause analysis on non –conforming work and monitoring the correction. Responding to quality control reports from inspecting companies. Conducted professional discussions with upper management personalities pertaining to construction flaws, issues, and needed fixes. Coordinated subcontracting companies to resolve issues that may delay the project.
