Provided input and support to a UK based testing software and services organisation with state of the art software in two critical areas:1) Assisted in the development of sales processes and planning, and developed a commission plan for the orgnaistation's future use2) Assisted in the development of the internal and external business cases for expansion through acquisition and third party investment. In this capacity I held planning sessions with the management team, developed the initial drafts of their presentation to investors and provided introductions to a number of potential partners, as well as supporting the management team through its early discussions with these prospective partners.. I also structured the initial due diligence process to analyse and evaluate a potential acqiusition target, and assisted in that evaluation process..

Alaric, a specialist software business focussed on mission critical transaction management and state of the art fraud solutions was acquired by NCR as a part of its strategy to develop a stronger presence in the enterprise software space. I joined the organisation to manage the core elements of the integration process, reorganise the business to align with the core NCR business and refresh the management and sales teams, as well as handle the transition from the previous Alaric ownership. I drove the planning processes to define a new implementation model and refined the engineering and PS structures in parallel. I represented Alaric within the NCR management structure and was part of the team considering NCR's global payments strategy.

Lusis is a French technology company, which implements and supports mission critical solutions driven by its core transaction switch, TANGO. Although reasonably successful in the French market place, the company had little international presence and none at all in payments. After developing the business plan to launch Lusis Payments, introducing Lusis technology to global payments marketplace for the first time, I led the team that grew revenues from £0 to close to £3 million in three years and grew backlog form £0 to around £6 million, as well as securing deals on four continents, including a tier one North American bank and a global computer services supplier in A/P.
