My career path from Accounting Assistant to Managing Director was not easy or meteoric. During 25 years with the London Cremation Company PLC, a multi-site Cremation Authority, I steered strategy and operations through some of our most challenging times. Reflecting on some defining aspects of the journey, I can see how I have benefitted and how I have given back to both the company and the sector.It involved an immersion in every aspect of the business, building bonds up each step of the pyramid.
