Currently with all non-nuclear surface ships.• Maintain the Class Maintenance Plan (CMP) for the non-nuclear surface ships across all thirteen classes.• Working with the Systems Engineering team leads and supervisor in order to identify, distribute, and balance workload and tasks among divisions/employees to assist and support a positive established workflow to support Expected Service Life of all naval ships. • Develop Maintenance Strategies for the non-nuclear surface ships across all thirteen classes.• Daily application, of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods, to identify, analyze, and improve team effectiveness, efficiency, and work products.• Assist SURFMEPP with all Auxiliary system technical long range maintenance issues and or requests associated with the CMP.• Strengthen the CMP through Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis providing directive maintenance tasks, where the requirement is clearly stated and scheduled; with technically supporting, contractually sound, Class Standard Work Templates (CSWT's) that allow for execution to each associated ship by class.• Work with the ship board operators and Port Engineers to eliminate undocumented service life limiting conditions. .
