Responsibilities• Install security system products 2GIG, Qolsys, Alarm.com cameras integrated with the Alarm.com app for both residential and commercial buildings.• Service and repair equipment issues of 3G upgrades, panel swaps, system take overs, faulty sensors or Z-wave equipment and low batteries. • Establish and configure connections of Wi-Fi cameras and Z-Wave home automation devices to obtain minimum signal strength with an adequate distance from Wi-Fi router and security panel.• Educate and visually demonstrate to the customer how to arm/disarm the system on a daily basis via the panel or Alarm.com app.• Train the customer how to modify the automation schedule or change the video analytic recording rules through the Alarm.com website or app.

Issues were diagnosed over the phone and tested onsite by the customer. Any needed truck rolls and appointments were scheduled during normal business hours.
