I hired everything across Engineering/R4R/Marketing/Sales/Ops between SF/LA/Seattle/NYC/Boston/Canada, and routinely took on all of the hardest, most niche roles our clients had. As Sourcing SME I mentored new hires throughout most of my tenure, training onsite, remote, and overseas sourcing teams. I led the company in hires per 12 mos. for 90% of my tenure. I think one of my biggest successes here was actually that the coworker that edged me out for the last few months for most hires was someone that I had trained from being a fresh graduate from Cal 14 months previous. Tango had a P2P engineering solution that made the platform more stable with more users. Mark and I were hired by founder Eric Setton to build TangoMe’s first recruiting team and scale their engineering teams. There were 15 employees and the company had 10M users and $15M in funding when we began working with them; at the end of our engagement, Tango had grown to 180+ employees, 200M users, and $360M in funding.
