Provide legal support and guidance across Invited’s (formerly ClubCorp's) 200-property portfolio of private clubs, principally in employment matters. Responsibilities include litigation management; providing strategic employment advice to executive team and the field; contract drafting and negotiation; internal investigations; EEOC, OSHA, and other administrative proceedings; regulatory compliance; management training; and staffing and vendor agreements. Prior to ClubCorp's acquisition of Sequoia Golf Holdings in October 2014, served as General Counsel to Sequoia Golf, a national owner/operator of private golf and country clubs with approximately 50 properties in 10 states.
