As the Fundraising Manager I am responsible for the organisation, execution and delivery of all fundraising activities. As well as securing new Corporate Partners and key individual donors to grow a diverse funding stream. Develop fundraising strategies and financial goals including a fundraising operational plan, budgets and forecasting Ensure the ongoing cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of new and existing donors and supporters. Develop planned marketing, communication and engagement programs to deepen stakeholder and donor engagement. Along side a donor engagement plan and journey. With direct contact to the board, I prepare and present reports to Board and CEO regards all aspects of CFWA’s funding model.

Provided leadership to establish and coordinate all revenue generating activities including marketing, sales, objectives, policies and programs. Prepared budgets, sales reports and forecasts including the development of fluid pricing models and structures across all products and services Directed and controlled sales activities to achieve revenue, sales and profit targets, including managing key clients and developing annual KPIs and goals for the sales team. Identifies and negotiates service level agreements with new and existing clients and ways to grow market share from existing clients
