Stephen was first elected Trustee for Orléans and Cumberland in November 2006.With nearly 40,000 students and an annual budget approaching $400 million the Ottawa Catholic School Board is one of the largest in Ontario.Since being elected, the Ottawa Catholic School Board has passed passed balanced budgets, invested in the classroom and built several new.
