Recently moved to Treasury after spending time leading a talented team of eight professionals in partnering with originators on crafting M&A negotiation strategy, developing commercial structures and pulling deals through initial management approvals. Prior to joining NextEra, I worked on Wall Street for over two decades across both the buy- and sell-side generating a track record of positive excess returns largely in the energy and utility sectors.I have trained and mentored countless people throughout my career, celebrating in their wins.Beyond my corporate roles, I have two other experiences adding to a diverse background; FinTech start-up and GP of real estate investment firm. FinTech is a start-up that uses machine learning to generate actionable fixed-income trades. My focus was leading development of the front-end interface for customers in addition to sales strategy.
