-Provides coordination and support for delivery of Workplace Services-Prepares monthly reporting for key Workplace KPI’s-Work as a part of the local facility team to support and take accountability for delivering onWorkplace KPI’s-Develops partnerships with relevant support teams to deliver seamless workplace services (IT, vendors, HR, TA, etc.)-On-Site Event Support-Oversee support provided by assistants, vendors, and facility technicians-Maintains and oversees awareness, upkeep, and operation of the workspace via walkthroughs and check-ins with support staff-Execute office policies and procedures, and ensure they are being followed-Submits janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed and/or communicate with appropriate partners to address issues-Supports continuity among office workspace teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs-Responds to customers on behalf of other team members (e.g. Facilities)-Manages pantry inventory and resupply throughout the day/week, attends to light pantry equipment maintenance, and keeps a safe and clean reception and kitchen

- Performs day-to-day functions overseeing all reservation desk duties and responsibilities. - Will assist in conference room reservations for onsite employees that is needed. - Wil conduct in office touring for groups. Have detailed knowledge of the community spaces with the ability to answer questions about the operation. - Assists in the set up and breakdown of event spaces taking direction from the Lead Event Coordinator and Sr. Client Services Manager. - Supports the creation of planograms for programming layouts.

- Responsible for monitoring and executing a variety of operational duties within a dedicated regional operations center (ROC) structure.- Work closely with the regionally based teams (matrixed reporting structure) and be a direct resource to all of the field security team members, around the clock.- Have local knowledge of the region, districts and all jobs within the OS’s ROC coverage- Monitoring of the field supplied schedules through WinTeam and monitoring of clock ins and outs via eHub, TrackTik & SecureTime.- ROC team also assist with staffing ad hoc/temporary last-minute work requests, proactively managing and reducing unbilled overtime and several other operational responsibilities involving Logistics, and Human Resources.
