Managed major projects totaling $11M for Front Load Horizontal and Top Load Vertical Axis Automatic Washer drums and baskets, which included presented 18 projects to management using a tollgate process to fund the front load washer drum fabrication line, which included multiple component and equipment design changes. Expanded Clyde operations by incorporating the drum fabrication line as part of a new product line to include front load horizontal axis washers previously produced outside of United States.Developed capital and expense budgets with spending forecasts and met all spending capital budget forecasts of $10.6M. Led Turnkey project for first stainless steel basket fabrication line at Clyde Division that totaled $10M working with international suppliers from Sweden and US for new washer basket platform.
