Instrumental part of a team responsible for maintaining and creating scorecards for performance. Implemented a risk and misalignment scoring system for all equipment to identify and correct areas of greatest concern to drive consistency. Created summary scorecards for monthly management reviews.Met with tool owners to identify obsolete SPC charts and to align SPC Project differences between Perrysburg and Malaysia. Submitted change requests to correct and align discrepancies in SPC charts and reviewed over 400 different SPC chart with tool owners for relevance. Created and updated codes for the SPC Charts for any identified excursions. Involved in the new software add-on to Maximo-Asset Configuration Management (ACM). Worked with personnel to create equipment models, identified differences, learned new software, installed models into Maximo, created training materials and implementation plan for organization. Addressed equipment misalignments between United States, Germany, and Malaysia. Coordinated team meetings to discuss issues, and resolved problems and inconsistencies. Created a Global Equipment Matrix to identify new project implementations on the 24 production lines; met with personnel from all manufacturing areas to update the matrix bi-weekly.
