I currently work for Health Data Research UK as an Alliance Strategy and Engagement Programme Officer. I am responsible for engaging with existing and prospective Alliance members, to support the development and adoption of standards within the health data research disciplines. This includes managing stakeholder engagement events/workshops, delivering multiple projects on competing timescales and providing expert insight into the offers provided to Alliance members, to ensure meaningful, productive engagement.Previously, I worked for the NIHR Clinical Research Network Medical Directorate as CRN Specialty Coordinator and the Workforce, Learning and Organisational Development Directorate as the Clinical Specialty & Workforce Engagement Coordinator.I managed stakeholder engagement with a number of different clinical groups within commercial and non-commercial health research. I designed and implemented engagement and communication plans and actively enabled collaboration, learning, and development within our clinical communities. I am a PRINCE 2 Practitioner and used these skills to support and manage various projects during these roles.I previously worked within the NIHR CRN Research Delivery Directorate, supporting non-commercial study support and portfolio services. I have a keen interest in continuous improvement and digital acceleration and work proactively to embed this culture across organisations and clinical communities. I graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a 2.1 BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences with Molecular Biology & Microbiology. Since graduating, I have had roles in Healthcare, Health Research and Education sectors, with a particular focus on project management and stakeholder engagement.Prior to graduation, I've worked extensively in customer-facing roles, which include marketing, campaigning and hospitality.
