- Managed team of accountants and the processing of all fund accounting transactions to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all daily and monthly NAV calculations, including the processing of all subscriptions/redemptions, trades of all asset types, income, and corporate actions. - Responsible for tracking employee performance and providing appropriate feedback in monthly one-on-one employee meetings and annual performance review discussions.- Tested and implemented a new automated trade posting process to provide STP of all equity trades to the fund accounting system.- Assumed responsibility of Performance Attribution team for just under one year on assignment from senior management, improving team morale and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
