About Stephen Colwell

I'm a self employed executive coach and leather maker, living and working from my hobby farm in Northeast Kansas. Each day I have built-in time with my family, I split my workload between the indoors and outdoors, and I don't miss my kids' ballgames or concerts. Freedom and ballance were, and always will be my goals.As a coach, I'm dedicated to working with people who want to remove the word “grind” from their life description and replace it with freedom and peace. About 10 years ago I set the goal to have the freedom to do life with whom I want, and at the speed that suits me best while providing a safe and full life for my family. That pursuit led me to who I am and where I am today. I've worked in education, fundraising, sales, marketing, teaching, coaching, and administration. I found success in all of them, but I didn't find my self worth in that success. As an executive coach I am more fulfilled than in any work prior. My skill set and my desire to help guide others to their goals were made for this work.
