I quit college to join the Navy. The Navy taught me about hard work, leadership, and relationships. It also taught me to always work to improve myself. Great mentors taught me about great leadership. This led back to college and a B.S. in Applied Management while serving as a Navy Recruiter. Eventually I accidently-on-purpose landed in the HVAC Industry. I worked hard to gain knowledge and become a trusted voice within the industry, admit what I don't know, and work hard to learn more. Once I knew a little bit about something I decided to continue to grow professionally through formal education. I enrolled in a program offering me the ability to earn an M.S. in Organizational Leadership and my MBA. With a wife, 3 children, and a full-time job I often worked until midnight or later to realize my educational goals.I'm deeply passionate about being the best possible leader that I can be. I want to change lives for the better, even if it is just in simple and small ways daily at work. I want to enable people to be the best versions of themselves as they can possibly be, supporting however I can. I believe in being a good steward of our natural recourses and of our beautiful planet. Outside of work you would likely find me fly-fishing, camping, hiking, or enjoying any number of outdoor activities and sports.
