Merchandising Manager / Operations Manager for Corporate Store Accountable for planning and execution of all merchandise, accessories, fixture placement, and markdown strategy for entire store.  Partner and communicate to corporate partners on merchandise flow and visual techniques through walkthroughs and photography for total company. Maintains all supplies and organization of key areas within the store to maximize overall performance. Trains, coaches, and develops sales associates for all levels of store placement.

 Responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of all visual merchandising direction within assigned stores. Participates in the planning and execution of all Corporate Prototype Floorsets. Partners with store managers on labor scheduling for Floorset, merchandising updates and window execution according to allocated hours and visual direction. Trains, develops, and coaches stores teams on Floorset planning and execution processes as well as visual merchandising guidelines/standards using current tools and resources. Maintains open communication between Store Leadership Team, Field Visual Team, and Home Office Partners on current trends and visual merchandising opportunities. Attended all activates related to all Corporate Prototype Floorsets at Home Office on a monthly basis.

District Visual Merchandising Manager  Accountable for managing, developing, training, and motivating visual field managers within assigned district.  Managed flow of communication between Regional Sales Vice President and District Sales Manager through bi-monthly conference calls, weekly touch bases, store visits, and visual workshops in an effort to support company guidelines. Responsible for assisting Visual Managers interpreting corporate directives. Reviewed store maps of merchandise flow and window installation on a bi-weekly basis. Other accountabilities include identifying business opportunities, creating strong visual presentations that drive business.

 Managed the execution of all floorsets for both the men’s and women’s Corporate Floorset stores in the three Columbus Ohio locations. Partnered directly with Corporate Visual Merchandising teams on seasonal shop set up, design, and marketing for dual gender floorsets. Spearheaded visual communication for the presentation document utilizing photography and creative writing. Created, managed and maintained consistent training and development of the 45 Corporate Floorset Team associates to increase productivity and consistency.  Facilitated successful seasonal walkthroughs of Corporate Floorset stores attended by CEO’s, VP’s, as well as district and regional management for total company.  Orchestrated and managed several new dual gender store openings and remodels within designated region.
