- Implement CRM solution based on client's in-depth requirements utilizing Salesforce and all its functionalities.- Developed customized solutions for a Real Estate Investment firm in Orlando, FL

- Oversaw all mission critical applications and acted as a lead Business Analyst in a team of seven BAs. Reported directly to the CIO as the BA Manager.- Assigned project management responsibilities for the following business units; CRM, Audit, Tax, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Corporate and Business Investigative Services. - Directed all projects.

- Developed and maintained several in-house applications for Customer Service, Human Resources and other internal business units and operations. - Project leader for all actuarial based projects using FoxPro and Access. - Implemented the customized process of reviewing all insurance companies’ operating results on a quarterly basis.- Lead Business Analyst.
