Currently an IT Support Technician for Snohomish County, working to upgrade county government telecom and network hardware to 2020s standards and help guide personnel through changes to workflow and technologies.Computer Science graduate from Washington State University, former member of the Cougar Marching Band (Best in the West!). Formerly a Tier 2 IT Technician for WSU's Carson College, where I obtained two years of professional experience supporting hundreds of clients and thousands of devices. Key daily duties and responsibilities included troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues hardware, software, and networking related, inventory management, customer communication, deployment of software packages, ticket creation and documentation, Active Directory management, MDM management with Cisco Meraki and Intune, Python and Powershell script automation, technology setup, testing, and installation, as well as communication and escalation with our various vendors.
